Albert An 
Albert An heads the electronic trading desk in US equity derivatives within Global Equities at Credit Suisse.  Previously he was the head of the volatility arbitrage and electronic trading desk within Global Strategic Risk Group at Merrill Lynch.
 
Ben Venegas 
Ben Venegas is the head of Software Development at Ronin Capital, LLC. Prior to joining Ronin he was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs, overseeing trading systems application development for Hull Trading a Goldman Sachs Company.  Ben draws on over 15 years of experience in high frequency trading environments and an additional 5 years of experience in market data systems.
 
Frank Tiemann
Frank Tiemann is the Chief Technology Officer at Ronin Capital, LLC.  Prior to joining Ronin, he was a Director with the Financial Services Group of Sapient and Director of Enterprise Data Management with Citadel Investment Group.  Additionally, he has held positions with Sybase and Siemens.  Frank draws on over 25 years of experience in developing and managing applications in challenging environments, both as a client and as a software and services provider.  
 
John Eley
John H. Eley is CEO of Pivot, Inc. a leading provider of optimized instant messaging and liquidity management software to the capital markets and derivatives trading industries. A 20-year veteran of the financial services and financial technology industries, John recently has focused on companies that improve market structure or trading efficiency in a variety of asset classes. Beginning in 2002, he served as President and CEO of Hotspot FX, Inc., the leading online foreign exchange marketplace. The company was acquired by Knight Capital Group in 2006. Previously, John was the CFO of OnExchange, a futures industry software provider, and worked in a variety of senior positions with Cantor Fitzgerald/eSpeed and Citibank. John serves as an outside board member and/or advisor to several private companies and is a guest lecturer at the Columbia University School of Business.

Ross Garon
Ross Garon has been Managing Director, Quantitative Strategies at S.A.C. Capital Advisors, L.P. since 2009. From 2002 until early 2009, Mr. Garon was the co-founder and Managing Member of Tykhe Capital LLC. Mr. Garon began his career in quantitative finance at D. E. Shaw & Co. in New York, London and Tokyo. Mr. Garon was the head of global business management at Commerzbank , and was subsequently responsible for Commerzbank's equities business in the United States. Mr. Garon co-founded Blink.com, an internet technology company, which was subsequently sold. Mr. Garon graduated magna cum laude from Harvard and serves on the advisory boards of several financial technology companies.
